Rickey Jones is a creative entrepreneur, communications professional, educator, and award-winning visual storyteller dedicated to helping people and organizations make meaningful connections through impactful experiences and compelling narratives.

As the Founder and Creative Director of The Rickey Jones Company, Rickey leads a full-service creative agency specializing in photography, multimedia production, public relations, and strategic communications. For more than a decade, he has partnered with businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and community leaders to develop authentic visual content, strengthen brands, and preserve life's most meaningful moments.

Rickey's diverse professional background spans education, journalism, event management, hospitality, and nonprofit leadership. His experience includes serving as a television photojournalist, where he produced multimedia news coverage, conducted interviews with public officials and community leaders, wrote digital content, and coordinated live broadcasts. In education, he has taught business, computer science, and study skills while mentoring students, advising leadership organizations, and creating positive learning environments. He currently provides administrative and student support within the Richmond County School System, coordinating school initiatives and helping students thrive academically and personally.

Before transitioning into media and education, Rickey built a successful career in hospitality at Augusta Country Club, where he advanced from Lead Server to Event Planner, coordinating weddings, private events, and premier member experiences during some of the club's most celebrated annual events. His passion for leadership also extended to the nationally recognized School of American Ballet in New York City, where he supervised and supported nearly 200 residential students during its prestigious summer fellowship program.

Beyond his professional work, Rickey is deeply committed to community service. He serves in leadership roles with several nonprofit organizations, managing communications, planning fundraising events, overseeing scholarship initiatives, and mentoring emerging leaders. His dedication to service, creativity, and excellence has earned him recognition as one of Augusta's Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals to Watch and Artist of the Month by the Greater Augusta Arts Council.
